Initiating Refund Requests:

Refund requests are eligible when made before the delivery of initial design concepts.

Once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void.

Refund Arrangements:

Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee) if requested before initial design delivery.

66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee) for requests within 48 hours of initial design delivery.

33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee) for requests between 48-120 hours of initial design delivery.

No refund after 120 hours of initial design delivery.

Order Inactivity:

No refund requests entertained if there is no action on your order for 30 days after placing it.

Project Pausing:

No refund if the client decides to pause the project; however, clients can resume when ready.

Final Deliverables:

No refund requests entertained after the final files have been delivered.

Website and Video Animation Packages:

No refund for website development once started or deployed live.

No refund for video animation after the designing of the storyboard.

Refund Approval Process:

All refund requests must be communicated to our dedicated department.

Requests will be reviewed on an individual case-by-case basis.

Proration in Bundled Services:

Refund applicable based on the individual service's refund terms in bundled packages.

Valid Reasons for Refund:

Refund requests must have a valid reason, qualified against the design brief and customer feedback.

Money Back Guarantee:

Based on good faith; refund not granted if orders placed with the intention to claim multiple refunds.

Client Involvement:

Customer feedback is crucial for finalizing designs, ensuring fair and satisfactory results.
